How much does shipping cost?Updated a month ago

Shipping Methods

With so many fresh, delicate, and seasonal ingredients in our catalog, we take great care to ensure that everything from Regalis arrives swiftly and in excellent condition. Our shipping methods are selected to protect product integrity, maintain cold-chain standards, and ensure proper transit times.

Perishable Shipping

Orders containing perishable items ship via expedited service (Overnight or Next Day Air), depending on destination and transit requirements.

Many of our products require temperature control and insulated packaging to preserve quality. We ship perishable items early in the week to avoid weekend transit delays and ensure safe arrival.

Non-Perishable Shipping

Orders containing only non-perishable items ship via standard ground service.

These products do not require temperature control and can safely travel via traditional carrier timelines.

If an order contains both perishable and non-perishable items, the entire shipment will be sent via expedited service to maintain product integrity.

Shipping Specials

From time to time, we offer curated “Regalis Shipping Specials.” Orders that qualify will be clearly labeled and shipped according to the service level specified in the promotion.

Regalis branded pantry items that are fulfilled through Amazon may be eligible for Amazon Prime shipping when purchased directly through Amazon.

Hawaii & Puerto Rico Shipping

We proudly ship nationwide, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Due to carrier limitations, transit time requirements, and air service availability, shipments to these locations may require upgraded or alternative service methods — particularly for perishable goods.

Final shipping methods may vary based on:

  • Total order weight

  • Perishable vs. shelf-stable items

  • Required transit speed

  • Carrier availability

If a shipping adjustment is required to ensure safe delivery, our team will contact you prior to fulfillment.
