Because we ship highly perishable, temperature-sensitive products, we do not accept physical returns.
This ensures product integrity and food safety for all customers.
Refunds & Reshipments
If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.
We offer refunds or reshipments under the following conditions:
Eligible Issues
- Product arrives spoiled or unsafe to consume
- Items arrive damaged in transit
- You receive incorrect or missing items
To Request a Resolution
Please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Brief description of the issue
This allows us to quickly assess and resolve your case.
Resolution Options
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- Reshipment (preferred when inventory allows), or
- Refund to original payment method, or
- Store credit, if preferred
Non-Eligible Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Orders where delivery was missed, refused, or rerouted by the recipient
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery
Order Cancellations & Changes
Because we prepare perishable items to order:
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing begins
- For pre-orders, changes may be possible prior to fulfillment—please contact us as soon as possible
